Welcome to LocalJobz, an AI-enabled employment and recruitment platform operated under the Venkys AI brand. LocalJobz connects job seekers, candidates, employers, recruiters and organizations through its website at https://localjobz.in and its Android application.

We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, how it is protected, and how users can exercise their privacy rights.

This Privacy Policy applies to LocalJobz website visitors, registered candidates, recruiters, employers, and users of the LocalJobz Android application.

2.3 Employer and Recruiter Information

Recruiters and employers may provide company names, business addresses, contact information, company descriptions, job requirements, recruitment preferences, verification information and documents, job postings, and recruitment decisions.

2.4 Google Login Information

LocalJobz supports Google authentication. When users choose Google Sign-In, we may receive information made available through the authorized Google sign-in process, such as the user's name, email address, Google account identifier and profile picture.

LocalJobz does not receive or store the user's Google account password through Google Sign-In.

2.5 Location Information

LocalJobz provides location-based job search functionality. When users grant location permission, the application may access and process their device location to identify nearby employment opportunities, provide location-relevant results and improve job discovery.

Location permission is optional. Users may deny or withdraw location permission through their device settings and use manual city or location selection where supported.

2.6 Recruitment and Application Information

Users can manage the application's location permission through Android settings. Disabling location permission may limit nearby job functionality but does not necessarily prevent manual location-based job searching.

To request account deletion, send an email from your registered email address with the subject "LocalJobz Account Deletion Request". Include the account type (Candidate or Recruiter) and sufficient information to identify the account. Do not include your password or OTP.

We may verify account ownership before processing a request to protect users against unauthorized deletion.

Upon a verified deletion request, associated personal information will be deleted or anonymized as applicable, except information that must be retained for legitimate legal, regulatory, security or fraud-prevention purposes. Retained information will remain subject to appropriate access restrictions.

Information already received by independent recruiters or employers may also be subject to their own legal responsibilities and privacy practices.

Users may also contact us regarding access to, correction of, or other requests involving their personal information, subject to applicable law.

11. Fraud Prevention and Job Safety

LocalJobz supports recruitment-related verification and reporting mechanisms intended to help reduce misleading job advertisements, suspicious employer activity and unauthorized platform use.

LocalJobz does not guarantee job placement, employment offers, interviews, salary payments or the authenticity of every third-party communication.

Users are encouraged to verify employment offers independently and report suspicious recruitment practices through the platform's reporting functionality or by emailing contact@localjobz.in.

12. Premium Memberships and Payments

As of the effective date of this Policy, payment collection for LocalJobz premium membership and related paid features is disabled.

If payment functionality becomes available in the future, relevant payment disclosures and privacy information will be updated as necessary before new payment-related processing is introduced.

13. Third-Party Websites and Services

LocalJobz may display links to external employer websites, recruitment services or other third-party resources.
